Serve grilled steak like it’s done in Italy – sliced on grilled ciabatta bread and topped with juicy ripe tomatoes. Or make it a steak salad by serving the steak slices and tomato salad on arugula with the grilled bread on the side.
Mix Seasoning, sugar, sea salt and pepper in small bowl. Reserve 1 tablespoon for tomato salad. Brush steaks with 1 teaspoon of the oil. Rub with remaining seasoning mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor
Meanwhile, mix tomatoes, onion, vinegar, remaining 1 tablespoon oil and reserved seasoning mixture in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve
Grill steaks over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serve steak with tomato salad
