Layer frozen cheese ravioli with canned tomatoes, spinach and mozzarella cheese for a super-easy family-friendly weeknight entree.
1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
2 teaspoons sugar
1 package McCormick Gourmet™ Tuscan Beef Stew Recipe & Seasoning Mix
1 package (28 ounces) large frozen cheese ravioli
1 package (5 ounces) baby spinach leaves
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix tomatoes, sugar and Seasoning Mix in large bowl. Spread 1 cup of the sauce in 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with layers of 1/2 each of the ravioli and spinach, and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat sauce, ravioli, spinach and cheese layers.
Cover with 1 cup of the remaining sauce and remaining mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes. Remove foil. Bake 30 minutes longer or until ravioli are heated through and sauce is bubbly. Simmer remaining sauce in small saucepan 5 minutes; serve with ravioli.
