Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; stir fry 5 minutes or until tender-crisp
Mix water, soy sauce, cornstarch, Seasoning Mix and red pepper in medium bowl until well blended. Add to skillet; bring to boil. Add shrimp. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Add cooked pasta; toss to mix well
