Strip steak marinated with a Southwestern blend of spices, lime juice and oil then sautéed with colorful bell peppers and onions. Serve in flour tortillas to complete the meal.
1 package McCormick Gourmet™ Strip Steak Fajita with Roasted Peppers & Onions Recipe & Seasoning Mix , divided
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons water
1 pound New York strip steak, cut into thin strips
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
12 (6-inch) flour tortillas
Mix 1 teaspoon of the Seasoning Mix and sour cream in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix remaining Seasoning Mix, lime juice, oil and water in small bowl until well blended. Place beef in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef and marinade; cook and stir 5 minutes or until beef is desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Add bell peppers and onions to skillet; cook and stir 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Return beef to skillet; cook and stir until heated through.
