It’s a gourmet taco night when you serve tacos filled with chicken that’s seasoned with a smoky blend of smoked paprika, chili pepper and cumin.
1 package McCormick Gourmet™ Smoked Paprika Chicken Taco Recipe & Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into short thin strips
12 (6-inch) corn tortillas
Mix Seasoning Mix, orange juice, oil and vinegar in small bowl until well blended. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.
Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir 8 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve chicken in warm tortillas with desired toppings.

I was worried at first because it smelt a little weird, but the second the chicken went into the pan it smelt incredible and the taste was amazing! Doing this again very soon.
