One dish chicken and rice is a family favorite dish in many cuisines. This version has a Latin flavor from the Smoked Paprika Chicken Tacos Recipe & Seasoning Mix.
Coat chicken evenly with 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning Mix
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Remove chicken from skillet. Drain excess fat. Add bell pepper and onion to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are softened
Stir in rice; cook and stir 1 minute. Add stock and remaining Seasoning Mix; bring to boil. Return chicken to skillet. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender. Stir in peas. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes before serving
