Tender scallops, seasoned just right with white wine, tarragon and garlic, are grilled to perfection in this quick and easy recipe.
1 1/2 pounds sea scallops
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Garlic Powder, California
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Onion Powder, California
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Tarragon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Thread scallops onto skewers. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Brush over both sides of scallops.
Broil or grill over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until scallops are opaque, brushing occasionally with remaining wine mixture.
Test Kitchen Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
