If you're planning a special occasion dinner, this is the recipe for you. These Cornish hens are seasoned just right with Paprika, Rosemary, and Thyme Leaves.
2 whole Cornish hens, 1 1/4 pounds each
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Garlic Salt
2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Paprika
2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Rosemary , crushed
1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Thyme
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place hens on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil.
Mix garlic salt, paprika, rosemary, thyme and pepper in small bowl. Rub evenly over entire surface of hens.
Roast 1 to 1 1/4 hours until hens are cooked through.
