1 pound lean ground beef
1 small red bell pepper, coarsely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped red onion
2 large cloves garlic, minced
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Cinnamon, Roasted Ground Saigon
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Oregano, Mediterranean
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Sicilian Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Cayenne Pepper
16 Bibb lettuce leaves
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Cook ground beef, bell pepper, onion and garlic in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain fat.
Stir in tomato sauce, raisins, cinnamon, oregano, sea salt and cayenne pepper. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors.
Spoon 1/4 cup beef mixture into center of each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately.
