Herbes de Provence infuses lambs chops with the flavors of the south of France.
Mix Herbes de Provence, lemon peel, salt, garlic powder and pepper in small bowl. Brush lamb chops lightly with oil. Rub herb mixture evenly on both sides of lamb chops
Broil or grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired
