Herb-Crusted Roast Beef with Horseradish Cream

An herb and mustard crust provide flavor to roast beef. Served with a creamy horseradish sauce, it's a perfect entree for a celebratory dinner.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix sour cream, horseradish and 1 teaspoon of the Seasoning Mix in small bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to srve.

  • Mix remaining Seasoning Mix and mustard. Brush beef roast with oil. Rub with Seasoning mixture. Place on wire rack in foil-lined roasting pan.

  • Roast 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve roast beef with horseradish cream.
