At your next BBQ, offer your guests a choice of chicken or steak fajita kabobs.
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 package McCormick Gourmet™ Strip Steak Fajita with Roasted Peppers & Onions Recipe & Seasoning Mix
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
Mix oil, juices and Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup. Place chicken or steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken or steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread chicken or steak and vegetables onto skewers.
Grill over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through or steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning frequently and brushing with reserved marinade. Serve kabobs with cooked rice, if desired.
