1/4 cup avocado oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Dill Weed
1/2 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant. (Do not brown).
Stir in shrimp, dill weed and pepper. Stirring frequently, cook 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice.
Serve over cooked pasta, if desired.
