Dinner can be on the table in less than 30 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, make a restaurant-style creamy sauce with chicken and bacon.
2 cups penne pasta
4 slices bacon
1 pound chicken tenders
1 package McCormick Gourmet™ Creamy Parmesan & Sun Dried Tomato Chicken Penne Recipe & Seasoning Mix
1 cup Kitchen Basics® Original Chicken Stock
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet on medium-high heat until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon and set aside. Add chicken to drippings in skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add Seasoning Mix, stock, cream and cheese. Bring to boil, stirring constantly with wire whisk until well blended. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in pasta and bacon; toss gently to coat. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
