1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Cinnamon, Ground Saigon
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Nutmeg, Ground
Bring cream and sugar to simmer in small saucepan on medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate until completely melted. Stir in cinnamon and nutmeg until well blended. Serve warm.
