Lemon grass and ginger supply the perfect flavor for this refreshing sorbet.
8 pieces (4-inches each) lemon grass
1 cup sugar
4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Ginger, Ground
Mix all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Cover.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until well chilled.
Strain mixture. Pour into an ice cream maker. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with Chai Sugar Cookies for a tasty dessert duo.
