Steep green tea leaves and Rosemary Leaves in the sun for a refreshing tea with light herbal flavor. Use Simple Syrup instead of sugar to sweeten the iced tea to avoid any undissolved grains of sugar.
Place water, tea leaves and rosemary in large container or pitcher. Stir. Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Let stand in sun for 3 to 5 hours.
Strain tea, discarding tea leaves and rosemary. Serve tea over ice or refrigerate until chilled. Sweeten with Simply Syrup, if desired.
Simple Syrup: Place 1 cup each sugar and water in small saucepan on medium heat. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 minutes, stirring to dissolve sugar. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Sweeten tea with 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup per 1 cup tea. For Southern-style sweet tea, increase Simple Syrup to 1/4 cup.
