Roasted chickpeas is a delicious crunchy snack that’s ridiculously easy to prepare and high in fiber to boot.
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Moroccan Seasoning Ras El Hanout
2 cans (30 ounces) chickpeas, (garbanzo beans) drained, rinsed and pat dried
Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix oil and Seasoning in medium bowl. Add chickpeas; toss to coat well.
Spread chickpeas in single layer on baking pan.
Roast 35 to 45 minutes or until browned and crunchy. (Check chickpeas during last few minutes to avoid burning.
