Cut chicken into twelve 1-inch wide strips. Mix brown sugar and seasonings. Rub each chicken strip evenly with seasoning mixture until completely coated
Thread the chicken in zigzag fashion onto skewers. Spray each strip thoroughly with no stick cooking spray
Broil or grill over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes until cooked through, turning occasionally
• If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
